Subject: Urgent Appeal for Financial and In-Kind Support to Assist Displaced Populations in Lebanon
In response to the escalating humanitarian crisis in Lebanon, particularly following the recent attacks that have led to significant internal displacement from southern regions to other areas across the country. The urgent need for humanitarian assistance has never been more critical, and we seek your support to provide essential services to those affected.HIMAYA DAEEM AATAA is launching an appeal for Support
Current Context
As a result of the ongoing conflict, over 50,000 individuals have been internally displaced, with a significant number being women and children who are particularly vulnerable. – Increased Vulnerability: Many displaced individuals, especially women and children, are at heightened risk of gender-based violence (GBV) and exploitation.
– Lack of Access to Essential Services: Displaced families struggle to access healthcare, education, and adequate shelter, exacerbating their suffering and uncertainty. – Psychosocial Impact: The trauma of displacement and conflict has left many individuals in dire need of psychological support and community integration.
